I don't think we're in Pennsylvania anymore. My recent trip to New England:

Love the pictures! So beautiful! Victorian house on the rocks is sooooo my dream house! I would put up with bitter, bitter winters to live there. You make me want to go back New England NOW!!! Everyone should experience New England in the fall at least one time in their lives. God's most beautiful work yet!

If we ever leave Oregon, I think New England might be where we end up. Although I'd have trouble adjusting to the cold, and the expectation that you should wear something other than a tshirt and jeans every day. Maybe I'll just stay put. =)

These photos made me cry. Partly impacted by beauty (a reaction developed as I've gotten older), partly from fond memory (childhood days in New Hampshire) and partly out of just missing the coast. Even Lake Michigan does not feel the same. Standing on the edge of an ocean fills me with an indescribable feeling. *sigh*

Is this Maine? Bangor looked like that. Rugged, beauty. I've never been to New Hampshire or Vermont.
